The SpinMAT microscope sides are particularly designed for working with popular automated cytology slide preparation systems of centrifugation mechanism on the market, e.g. the Thermo Shandon® Cytospin®. These slides feature one light color frosted area for specimen identification & tracking. Moreover, there are different layouts by an extreme hydrophobic ink, achieving a controlled distribution of cells in the defined area(s). Black/Blue mask printing on opposite side is also available. This printing filter out UV light to ensure only the specimen in defined area(s) can be viewed during microscopy.
